Choose your vehicle category, enter your dates, and select your pickup option — contactless or in-person — right in the booking form. Then complete both online payments: the rental and the security deposit. Vehicles are reserved by category, not by specific make or model.
Before pickup, we'll text you a link to our Renter Verification. Upload a selfie holding your driver's license and photos of the card used to pay. It takes about 2 minutes and is required for every rental.
Once your reservation is approved, both payments are complete, and your Renter Verification is done, you'll receive everything you need for the pickup option you chose:

How pickup works depends on the option you chose:
Head to the vehicle and text us when you arrive. We unlock the car remotely. No counter, no waiting.
Our team verifies your identity and does a quick pre-rental walkthrough of the vehicle with you, then hands you the keys.
Before you drive off, complete your Check-In: photos of the car (front, back, and both sides) plus the dashboard showing mileage and fuel. It's required before driving, and damage that isn't documented may be considered to have occurred during your rental.
Enjoy your rental. If you have any questions during your rental period, our support team is available to assist you. Extensions can be requested via SMS before your scheduled return time.
Before you leave the car, complete a quick return check-out: photos of the car (front, back, and both sides) plus the dashboard showing mileage and fuel, saved with your rental as a record of its condition.
We text you specific drop-off instructions before your scheduled return. Park within the same general area where you picked up.
Drive back to our office and hand the keys to our team. We'll do a quick final check together.

Yes. Every renter uploads time-stamped photos of the car and its dashboard (mileage and fuel) at pickup through our Check-In, and again at return through our Check-Out, so there's a clear before-and-after record.
Vehicles are provided with fuel. Please return the vehicle with at least the same fuel level as when you received it.
