Here's everything you might be wondering before you book.
Issues caused by not meeting our rental requirements are handled under our cancellation policy. Examples are not bringing your physical driver's license or the physical card(s) used to pay, paying with a prepaid, digital, or virtual card, a name mismatch, or failing identity verification. Please review the requirements in our Terms of Service before your pickup.
Verification happens in two steps:
1. Renter Verification (required): Within 24 hours of your pickup, we'll text you a link to complete Renter Verification on our website, where you'll upload photos of your driver's license and the card used to pay.
2. At pickup: For in-person pickup, bring your physical driver's license and the physical card(s) used to pay so our team can match them to your verification.
Reservations that aren't verified, or where documents are missing or don't match, may be cancelled.
